Anja Heinz im Garten neben einem Apfelbaum

The phenological seasons - full spring

Yay, we are in full spring !

The apple blossom - as a pointer plant for the last spring season - is in full swing, the lilacs are also blooming!

It begins to smell, hum and growl. Apple blossoms taste tart and are a nice decoration for salads, for example, and are suitable for a first blossom syrup.

Please consider, however, that no fruit can grow from the harvested flowers, bees and bumblebees lack them as food. So please decide what you prefer.

In any case, a picnic or a coffee gossip under the apple tree delights all the senses! It's time to enjoy!
