Ingredients:
160g butter
100g white chocolate
250g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
50g ground almonds
100g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
120ml milk
1 pinch of salt
1 large egg
50g finely chopped parsley
Preparation:
- Heat the butter and chocolate in a water bath, slowly stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and milk
- Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating air
- Combine the flour and baking powder, sift and pour over the chocolate-butter mixture
- Stir in the egg, ground almonds, pinch of salt and chopped parsley
- Place the batter on a greased baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 1 hour
