Shipping Costs:
For every order within the Federal Republic of Germany, we cover the shipping costs. There are no shipping costs for the customer.
For every order to the Republic of Austria, shipping costs of €5.00 apply.
In addition, we deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and Czech Republic. For these countries, shipping costs of €10.00 apply.
Delivery:
The delivery time is usually 3-4 working days within the Federal Republic of Germany and is done plastic-free and climate-neutral through the shipping service provider DHL.
The delivery time for orders outside of Germany to the mentioned countries is approximately 5-10 working days.
Returns:
In case of a defective delivery or desired return, please contact info@schlosskraeuter.de
Opened goods are always excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
